Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order.

Due to the nature of Personalised items being non resalable we can only issue refunds in cases of certain circumstances such as the received item/s being damaged on delivery or have been received faulty.

If you have received a damaged/faulty item please contact our team directly with photo proof at our email info@metalmemories.co.uk and a member of our team will look into this and get in touch as soon as possible.

Please do not throw away any of the packaging received as these can be reused for returns.
